The condition of the artwork used has the greatest
impact on the quality of the final product.

Receiving unusable artwork with the order is the main
reason for delays in processing an order.

SAMPLES: First sample free with a supplied shipping account number. Otherwise random samples are billed at the minimum quantity ordering price, with the exception of custom samples. See below for custom pricing. SAMPLES OF SOME NON IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. You will be advised on Order Acknowledgement copy if item requested is not returnable.

ORDERS: Orders will be accepted via e-commerce, fax, or carrier. Hard copies must be in-house for an order to be processed. This includes sample orders. Orders are processed based on information provided on purchase order. S.Freeman is not responsible for pertinent omissions or typographical errors pertaining to production of order once Order Acknowledgement is signed as reviewed.

CHANGES TO ORDERS: All changes must be confirmed within 24 hours of receipt of order by overnight mail or fax. Customer is responsible for all production costs if more than 24 hours have elapsed since receipt of order. Customer is also responsible for orders produced and shipped as stated on original Purchase Order if changes are not confirmed in writing.

DIMENSIONS: All sizes are approximate.

PACKAGING: Most items are bulk packed. Please call for other packing options.

PMS MATCHES: Available to within one PMS chip in same color family.

FABRIC SWATCHES: Fabric swatches are available at no charge. Please be aware that swatch colors may not be consistent with current dye lots. Swatches are to be used as a guideline only.

PRODUCTION TIME: In-stock goods usually ship within 24-48 hours. Manufactured-To-Order goods are usually 2-4 weeks from receipt of order,art, and/or proof approvals. Please call for firm delivery.

OVER/UNDER RUNS: Every effort is made to ship exact quantities. We do reserve the right to under or over ship by 5% and bill accordingly on imprinted or embroidered goods.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Minimum is 300 pieces, but may vary depending on item. Please call for further information.

RETURNS: With the exception of quality issues, only stocked, blank goods will be accepted for return. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all no-fault stocked, blank goods returns. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Customer Service and be received within 30 days of invoice date. All returns received without Return Memo Authorization Number (RMA#) will be refused and shipped back to sender at their expense
