Shipping & Returns

PRODUCTION TIME: In-stock goods usually ship within 24-48 hours. Manufactured-To-Order goods are usually 10-15 business days from receipt of order,art, and/or proof approvals. Please call for firm delivery.

RETURNS: With the exception of quality issues, only stocked, blank goods will be accepted for return. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all no-fault stocked, blank goods returns. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Customer Service and be received within 30 days of invoice date. All returns received without Return Memo Authorization Number (RMA#) will be refused and shipped back to sender at their expense
